Keep the uptime of the phone system to a maximum by notifying the correct parties of current alarms on the system. The alarm notification module will respond to alarms generated on all connected telephone system nodes.

Alarm messages and clearing events can be emailed out or sent via SMS to one or more people. SMS alarm alerts provide a real-time link between problems occurring on the phone system and the personnel who support it.

Please note: The Alarm Notification feature requires a GSM gateway to function.
