Application Server is the central connection point for all of the Xarios CTI applications.
It provides a combination of functionality using a single connection to the telephone system.
Designed to enhance the functionality of the phone system, Application Server provides a bridge
between a telephony installation and existing IT infrastructure.
Application Server connects to the telephone network and monitors all calls and agent events that occur 24/7.
This information is then used to provide real-time information and call control to users throughout the network.
Out of the box the Application Server provides a variety of features that will improve the day to
day interaction with the telephone system including a 250 seat licence for the standard version
of Xarios Phone Manager.
Optionally, there are some premium features that can be added to the system which will allow all users
throughout the organisation to benefit from the rich features of the phone system.
