Hot desking users appear to the business like any other agent ID on the telephone system. Phone Manager Professional shows Hot Desking agents with a brown top when they are logged out and like any other agent when they are logged in. Other users need not know whether the person they are trying to contact is in the office or at home, they simply dial the agent ID and let the Hot Desking software do the rest.
