This feature duplicates message notification from one device out to multiple devices on the phone system. This is ideal for a tech support department or manager / secretary scenario where more than one person needs to be able to respond to a customer’s query.

SMS Gateway

Text messaging is a quick an easy way to keep people up to date. Application Server provides an SMS Gateway for sending messages out to mobile users. Support is provided for cellular devices in-house or by using email based services.

Contacts Import

Centrally manage the details of contacts and associated businesses using the contacts importer. The Application will match details on Caller ID and then distribute this information out to Phone Manager clients over the network.

Auto Answer

The auto answer feature is for use in call centres where all calls should be answered when presented. Using preset timers, agents can be forced to deal with all ACD calls that are presented to their telephone.

Time Synchronisation

Synchronising the time on the phone system with the time on the Application Server means that you can effectively link the phone system to a network time server. This ensures that the time on the phone system is always as accurate as possible.

Support for up to 250 Phone Manager standard connections

Phone Manager is a desktop client that provides users with call control over their telephone and real-time visual updates of what their co-workers are doing. This functionality is provided over the network to up to 250 users.
