Web call-back provides a link between the customers browsing a web site and members of staff at the end
of a telephone. Browsers are provided with a 'call me' button that takes them to the call request
page at any time. After taking name and telephone number details, a call request is offered to all
members of staff configured to take calls of that type, Sales, Technical etc.
The first user to accept will make a call direct to the customer with all the details that
were provided and information relating to exactly where on the website the customer made the request from.
