Web call back works in conjunction with and POP3 email account. Web requests are deposited into a specific account as an email that contains all the details of a request. The web call back software contained within Application Server will retrieve this email and distribute the request between the correct users.

Phone Manager Integrator edition is required on the user’s desktop pc to accept and make the web call.
