Xarios Dialler is a Telesales campaign progressive dialling server designed to vastly improve the
productivity of your outbound telesales team.
There is no need for your staff to use a computer.
The telesales agent simply logs onto the Inter-Tel keyset and the Dialler server will automatically make calls from your campaign database and display the name of the customer on the telephone screen.
If the user has a 6-line display phone, they can then enter the outcome of the call simply
by pressing one of the eight soft keys on the phone. These outcome codes are easily customisable
and can be set to perform a variety of tasks.
