Calendar/DND synchronisation
Your calendar can also be synchronised with your 'Do Not Disturb' status on the telephone system. Your phone will automatically be set to DND
whenever you have a meeting scheduled, along with a message to let your colleagues know where you are.
Screen-pop call data
With Outlook Plugins, Phone Manager Standard can also be configured to screen-pop your Windows or Outlook address book upon call events, such
as an incoming call. That way you can immediately see all the information you need about the person on the other end without having press a
single button!
