Software Assurance
The Xarios Software Assurance program focuses on delivering
excellence in software support, providing comprehensive access to
software updates and new functionality.
Designed for life-cycle cost certainty, the Xarios Software
Assurance program delivers long-term customer investment protection
for Xarios solutions and complements Xarios' warranty and support
level agreements.
Product Support
Product support assists with the most challenging service
incidents and liaises with our research and development teams. In
addition, a range of advanced remote management tools can be
deployed to assist in identifying issues before they become service
affecting.
Maintenance Support
Xarios engineering staff work with the Service Desk to ensure
rapid service incident resolution. A continuous training program
covering both technical and customer service skills ensure our
engineers are the best in the industry.
Various service level agreements are available to meet your
specific needs which include support on hardware and software.
Extended Warranty Program
The Extended Warranty options are designed to support resellers
who currently support the Xarios products via their own technical
teams. The Extended Warranty extends the initial 12 months warranty
of the hardware providing an advanced replacement service for any
parts becoming faulty whilst in service.
Xarios will arrange delivery of the replacement part usually
within 24 hours and also collect the faulty part. Pricing for the
Extended Warranty is very cost effective giving you peace of mind
that faulty parts can be made available quickly and efficiently
without any additional costs.
