Xarios CTI and Call Recorder now available in Mitel Portfolio

Xarios are pleased to announce that Xarios CTI products Phone Manager for the 5000, Phone Integrator for the MCD and the Xarios Call Recorder have been added to the Mitel pricing tool Sales Work Bench (SWB).

Phone Manager and Phone Integrator can be found in the OEM section in the Sales Workbench application, additionally Xarios Call Recorder supporting ISDN connections can also be found in SWB section - Customer Interaction Solutions.

Being part of SWB will assist resellers in configuring the CTI and / or Xarios Call Recorder as part of a Mitel proposal or as an upgrade. Configuration rules built in to SWB will guide you through, so it could not be easier to configure or prepare as part of your proposal.

SWB also creates Mitel part codes for the Xarios products making ordering via Mitel a lot more efficient.

Support for Call Recorder via Mitel Secure Recording Connector (SRC) for the MCD and SIP Trunk support for the 5000 and MCD will be added over the next few months.
