End users of the Campaign Manager have 2 choices when it comes
to how they use the system on a day to day basis.
Phone Client Integration
The most common implementation of Campaign Manager utilizes one
of the Xarios Phone Clients to provide the agent
with the tools to:
- Control their status
- Disposition calls
- View information about the customer they are speaking with
- Screen pop 3rd Party applications
Screen popping is an important part of most campaign manager
implementations. Our Phone Client software can screen pop customer
contact details on many different CRM packages so users can
work in the same CRM interface on outbound calls that they use on
inbound calls. Screen popping the application that users are
already trained on means outbound solutions can be implemented
quickly and training requirements minimized.
Xarios
Phone Clients integrate with many off the shelf CRM packages
including: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.Com, Saleslogix and
many more.
Telephone Only*
For basic tele-canvassing operations the use of a PC is
often an expensive exercise. Not only is there the cost of
the hardware itself but there is the issue of training and support
to factor in. Campaign Manager offers a unique setup where
the tele-canvassing users only need a telephone to work on an
outbound campaign. Customer details are presented to them on
the display of the phone whilst it is ringing out so that they can
prepare for who they are about to speak to. Once the call is
answered the phone display is replaced with disposition codes for
the user to choose from to record the correct result for the
call.
Implementing a solution in this way is very quick and requires
minimal training for the end user. In addition, supervisors
still get all the reporting and real-time information to manage and
run the outbound operation effectively.

Custom Integration
For customers with their own CRM system or database application
a whole new world of integration options opens up. With a
range of APIs including .NET & ActiveX, the control of
the telephone calls, dispositioning and status of the user can all
