Real-Time & Historical Reporting
To manage and track the success of campaigns, both real-time and
historical reporting are included with the Campaign Manager
solution. Reporting is available to all users of the
Campaign Manager website with functionality to run them adhoc or
based on schedules.
Campaign View
The campaign view is the first screen a supervisor is
presented with when they log in to the Campaign Manager website. It
provides an up to date view of all the campaigns loaded on the
system, how many users are assigned to the campaigns and a
breakdown of the results of the campaign so far.
From this view, supervisors can edit campaign properties and
move users between campaigns on the fly.
Historical Reporting
Out of the box Campaign Manager provides a range of reports
designed to show the status of campaigns and the productivity of
users on the system. The reports provide a detailed
breakdown of the disposition codes that have been assigned and help
track which users are performing and converting the most
opportunities.
A fully configurable schedule engine is also included so that
reports can be automatically generated and distributed via email on
a regular basis.
The system stores a complete record of all calls attempts made
so that reports can be run over any time frame.
Real-Time View
As well as the historical reports, the system provides a
real-time view that provides the supervisor with detailed
information about the progress of the campaigns today, who is
logged into the system and what they are doing.
