Design & Implementation

  • Text-To-Speech to read back information to the customer and automate the interaction
  • Voice recognition to prompt users for their responses verbally

Once the requirements have been confirmed by both parties, a development team is put together to implement and test the solution ready for deployment.

Installation & Support
