Script Player

In today's world of regulations, many call center employees have a raft of scripts to relay to customers.  In most cases these scripts are the same for every customer and employees can spend a lot of time repeating themselves on call after call.

The Script Player IVR allows the administrator to record all the commonly used scripts so that they can be replayed to customers.  Then, using the Xarios Phone Client, the call center user can conference in the customer to the scripts as and when they need to.  This frees up the user's time to wrap-up the call on the computer and log any information they need to while the customer is listening to the script.  As soon as the script finishes the conference is cancelled and the customer is speaking directly to the user again to complete the conversation.
