CRM Integration
Databases and CRM systems are at the heart of all modern
organizations. Whether they contain details of customers,
suppliers or prospects, they are a central store of communication
between your business and others. Telephone usage and
conversations can be integrated with these systems to provide a
whole host of features.
Screen Popping
Screen popping is the most common form of requested
integration. Phone Client offers off the shelf screen popping

Call Data History
In an ideal world it would be great to keep a record of
every contact with a customer or distributor; that way you have a
history of any interaction and can plan marketing and track costs
around it.
Phone Client can automatically create a log of calls to or from
a client. It can log how long the call was, what the result
of the call was (account code), what line the call came in on and
it can even log a hyperlink to a recording of the call.
Outbound Dialing
Initiating a call from the desktop using a short cut key or
mouse click is a great deal quicker and easier than typing a number
out on a telephone. Not only does it save time for the user
but it also cuts down on any misdials.
Phone Client presents the user with a number of ways to dial
from a desktop application:
- TAPI
- Any applications that support 1st party TAPI will be able to dial
out
- Highlight & Dial - Most
applications support our highlight and dial feature
- API integration - For custom in-house
applications, outbound dialing can be implemented easily using one
of our APIs
Status Synchronization
For CRM application that have user calendars, Phone Client can
automatically place the user in and out of DND on their telephone
depending on whether they are in a meeting or not.
Call Recording Links
When the Call Data History feature is used in conjunction with
the Xarios Call Recorder it is possible to
store a hyperlink directly to a playback window for the call.
This allows users with call recording access to play calls back
straight from within a CRM package without having to go searching
for the recording on the website.
