Phone Integrator
Phone Integrator is a CTI integration tool for Mitel MCD / 3300
telephone systems. The product is designed to provide a
direct link between a Mitel handset and whatever application the
user is running on their desktop. On top of call control and
the dockable toolbar features of Phone Manager, through the use of
TAPI, .NET & Active X APIs the Phone Integrate can provide the
following features:
- Screen popping of CRM and custom database applications
- Call history recording to track customer interaction
- Integrated CTI for call control and recording links
