Status Visibility
Knowing what status colleagues in your organization are in and
being able to transfer calls to them quickly and easily makes life
simple. The Phone Client provides an easy to use status
window that can be configured to show the current status of users
and endpoints throughout your business. The status window is
customizable for each user and supports the grouping of icons into
teams or departments to make it easy to navigate.
Details Status View
The status window provides a detailed view of users throughout
your organization. Not only can you see whether or not they
are in work but also if they are in DND, Wrap-Up or on a
call. If you have the correct security rights it is also
possible to see who other people are on the phone to, which ACD
groups they are logged into and many other status details.
Easily Make & Transfer Calls
As well as showing the status of users, the window provides an
easy way to make calls and transfer calls to other users. A
simple double click of another users icon initiates a telephone
call or sets up an announced transfer of the call in progress
to that user.
Team Leader Features
With a Team Leader license the ability to change another user's
status becomes available, from a right-click menu the user can
change the DND or logged in status of other users.
