Xarios Call Recorder system can connect straight to an Avaya IP
Office phone system via Avaya's own Devlink
connection. Using Devlink Pro the Call Recorder can monitor
trunk based activity from the Avaya IP Office through a real-time
event stream, providing information on ISDN based telephone
activity as and when it happens. With this tool the Xarios Call
Recorder can provide detailed and accurate call information on
phone system activity as it takes place, providing the user with a
multitude of filtering options to find the call they need as and
when they need it through Xarios Call Recorder's easy to use web
interface. Using Avaya devlink, Xarios Call Recorder connects to
the IP Office phone system over the internal network and connects
to the ISDN lines via a passive tap, meaning that the Call Recorder
can never interfere with crucial business calls.
