Xarios' link with the OAI interface means that recording solutions can self-learn all they need to know about extensions, users and trunks on the telephone system and can keep doing this so that administration is kept to a minimum.

Desktop CTI - Phone Manager

Phone Manager is a feature rich desktop computer telephony client that provides 5000 series users with complete control of their telephone interactions direct from their computer.  Phone Manager comes in four different license levels depending on user requirements.  Each license level contains the features of the level before plus more.  The standard version is available as part of a new 5000 series purchase.

Provides call control and status visibility for up to 250 users
Adds TAPI support, screen popping, status synchronization and call data logging for Outlook
