The Mitel Communications Director is an enterprise level
telephone system which is reliable, scalable and offers a range of
industry leading features. Xarios have a close relationship
with Mitel and distribute call recording, dialer & CTI
solutions through the Mitel channel to give customers a single
point of contact when implementing their telecommunications
soltuions.

ISDN, Analogue & IP Call Recording
Xarios call recording solutions are designed to work seamlessly
with the Mitel MCD (3300) & the MiTAI data link. Our
systems can support IDSN (PRI & BRI), Analogue and IP based
recording depending on what the customers requirements
are.
IP recording is implemented using the Mitel Secure Recording
Connector. The SRC is a tailor made recording API that allows
Xarios to record encrypted IP calls from Mitel IP
handsets.

Desktop CTI - Phone Integrator
Phone Integrator is an advanced desktop CTI solution that is
compatible with Mitel IP keysets. It provides users with the
ability to integrate the CRM and database applications that they
use on a daily basis with their Mitel handset.
Features such as screen popping and call history entry can be
implemented across a broad range of application including Microsoft
Outlook, Dynamic CRM, Salesforce.com, Tigerpaw, Goldmine,
Maximizer and many more.
TAPI
connectivity and our .NET & ActiveX APIs are also available for customers
who have in-house applications that they need to CTI enable.
Phone Integrator works closely with Xarios
Call Recorder & Campaign Manager to provide a feature
rich CTI suite for the MCD platform.
Multi-Site & Scalable Solutions
Xarios call recording solutions are built in a flexible, modular
way that enables implementations to scale from single sites right
up to multi-site enterprises. The network features of the
product allow users to have system-wide visibilty (security
permissions required) of all calls made.
