TSAPI & SMDR Connectivity
Having a recording of a conversation is all well and good, but
knowing who took the call within your organization and who the call
came from is not just nice to have, it's a requirement.
Using SMDR or TSAPI, Xarios recorders record all the details they
can about a call so that when users come to play back recordings,
they can be found quickly and easily.
Knowing who made a call also adds an extra layer of security to
the recorder, security permissions can be assigned based on user or
telephone extension. The system can even be set up to ignore
calls from certain devices such as managers or communal phones in
break areas.
