You will need to complete a trial license application form (right) – This requires the following details:
All trial licenses are for a period of 14 days (with the exception of the Phone Manager Outbound see below)
Phone Manger Professional (up to 10 licenses)
Phone Manager Team Leader (up to 10 licenses)
Phone Manager Mobile (excludes Softphone licensing as this would require provision of Cat F MiVO 250 licenses)
Call Reporter (you will get the complete application / Call Logging / Call Reporting and Call Scheduling)
Reporter Real-Time (you will get 1 Real-Time Wallboard license, 1 Supervisor Dashboard license plus all and any associated licenses required to run these applications. Please specify the number of ACD agents that need to be monitored.)
Call Recorder – Small Business Edition only (can record up to 8 concurrent calls)
NOTE: Sites MUST be running Mitel MIVO Application suite 5.0 or above to utilise the Trial license program.
Phone Manager Outbound: Phone Manager Outbound is a more complicated trial because it requires considerable input by the supplier to set up and train – without proper implementation the customer will not be able to realise the potential of the application. Phone Manager Outbound trials will only be allocated if the customer has agreed to a chargeable installation and training program (Xarios suggest a minimum of 2 days Professional services) the Phone Manager Outbound trial license will be for 30 days. The Phone Manager Outbound trial will also include any Phone Manager Professional licenses that may be required to undertake the trial.
You cannot get outlook trial licenses
You cannot get Softphone Licenses (these require a Cat F Mitel MiVO250 license)
You cannot get trial licenses of any application that is already installed (if the site already has 12 Professional licenses you cannot get trial licenses for a further 10 Phone Manager Professional licenses)
