We are excited to introduce the Disposition Webhook for Dimensions Web Client users. This feature allows you to automatically update CRMs or third-party applications based on call outcomes—removing the need for manual intervention.

  • Configurable Data Fields: Ensure that every field transmitted matches your unique business processes.
  • Automated CRM Updates: Dispositions can instantly update Salesforce, or any other compatible CRM, improving efficiency.
  • Call Recording Links: When available, a direct web link to the recording is included for fast access.

Zero-Touch Provisioning for Cisco and Avaya Phones

We are pleased to announce that Cisco and Avaya phones are now supported by our Zero-Touch Provisioning service. With this enhancement, businesses can bring legacy hardware into the cloud without replacement costs.
